Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations within 24 Hours of Booking

   • You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours of Booking

   • Reservations canceled after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-Shows

   • Failure to pick up your vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation will result in the loss of the full payment.

4. Modification Requests

   • If you need to adjust your booking, such as changing the rental dates or vehicle type, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.
