  1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Booking

    • Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
  2. Cancellations After 24 Hours of Booking

    • Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the 24-hour window.
  3. No-Shows

    • Refunds are not provided for no-shows or failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time.
  4. Service Issues

    • If you encounter any issues with the vehicle or service that prevents you from using your rental as agreed, please contact us immediately. Refund requests for service-related concerns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds do not cover any third-party fees (e.g., bank charges or processing fees).
  • Golden Age King Rentals reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
